Deleting chat history

Your chat history will be stored for a set period after our engagement ends and will then be securely and permanently deleted according to our data policy.

For the purposes of service improvement, security, and usage analysis, Salesforce may use or disclose your Customer Data in an anonymized and aggregated form. In such cases, no personally identifiable information will be shared, nor any data that would identify you or your organization.
