We are pleased that you are interested in our ambassador programme and have decided to provide us with your
personal information. In order for us to process your application, we need some information from you. Please read
the following privacy policy carefully before entering your information.

  1. Responsible body: The organiser Pocketalk B.V., Keizersgracht 482, NL – 1017EG Amsterdam,
    privacy@pocketalk.com is responsible for the processing of your personal data.
  2. Purpose of data processing: The data you provide will be used exclusively to process your application and contact
    you in connection with the programme. We need your information to inform you about the status of your application
    and, if necessary, to provide you with further information about the programme.
  3. Scope of data: We will collect and process the following personal data from you:
    – Surname
    – Contact details (address, email address, telephone number)
    – Name and school level
    – Other information you voluntarily provide
  4. Legal basis for processing: Your data will be processed based on your voluntary consent in accordance with Article
    6 (1) (a) GDPR. By submitting the application form, you agree that we may process your data for the purposes
    mentioned above.
  5. Duration of data storage: Your data will be stored for as long as is necessary to process your application and carry
    out the event. After the event has ended and the legal retention requirements have been fulfilled, your data will be
    deleted.
  6. Passing on of data: Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent. An exception
    only exists if this is necessary to fulfil legal obligations.
  7. Your rights: You have the right to obtain information about the processing of your personal data, to correct it, to
    delete it or to restrict the processing. In addition, you have the right to data portability. You can revoke your consent
    to data processing at any time.
